Lynch & Co. was established in 2010 as a specialist technology and commercial law firm to focus on the needs of business clients both large and small.
Established by Sean Lynch, a former corporate & commercial partner in a large city firm for many years, the firm offers “large firm” corporate & commercial law experience but without the “large firm” price tag. We have particular expertise in technology, intellectual property, and supply and distribution-related legal matters, but have 26 years of experience handling a broad range of corporate commercial legal matters solely for business clients – both large and small. In addition to his law degrees, Sean is a PRINCE 2 certified and experienced IT project manager.
Our focus is to build successful, long-term relationships with people in business by supplying a timely, competent service for a fair price and with effective communication at all times, driving a ‘no fee surprises’ model.
We prefer to visit our clients’ premises to understand their business and needs – not simply sit in an office and communicate via email – or expect clients to come to us.
